The Certification:

The certification process includes a three-day session that will introduce to you Genos’ core concepts and the tools available to support you in developing positive EI behaviors among your clients. 

In addition, you will have the opportunity to complete an EI 360 assessment on yourself prior to the start of the session, and you will be debriefed at the session as a way to help you become familiar with the assessment process.

After the three-day session, we will ask that you select a colleague or client that you can guide through their own EI 360 as a “case study.”    

Session Specifics:

The session will be held in Atlanta in the convenient Buckhead area. You will receive a confirmation of the final details and instructions to complete your EI 360 approximately three weeks prior to the session. Please be aware the session will run from 9-5 each day with homework given overnight on the first and second evenings.  We will attempt to complete by 3 PM on the third day for those of you that are traveling into town for the workshop.

The Facilitator:

Anthony Palombit will be facilitating the session.  Anthony has extensive coaching experience and is certified in numerous industry-leading assessments beyond Genos.  As a result he is a wonderful resource for integrating various tools within a leadership development effort.  Anthony has a Ph.D. in Depth Psychology, is a filmmaker, has a chemical engineering background and speaks fluent French.  He’s not only a credible, impactful resource for what Genos brings to an organization, but he’s a lot of fun to spend time with!
